At BPC Ventilation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor air quality solution. If your ventilation unit or accessories aren't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return warehouse address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and pack them into a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package via a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival at our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned ventilation equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
